September 22, 2008 (Tokyo, Japan)—As part of the company’s cultural activities as a corporate citizen, Acrodea, Inc., is a supporting sponsor of DoCoMo TEAM DANDELION RACING that participates in the Formula Nippon circuit.
Acrodea’s CEO Junya Tsutsumi attended the seventh “Fuji” round races of the Formula Nippon Championship held on August 31, 2008.
Going forward, Acrodea intends to foster the promotion of culture and sports through cultural activities in a number of arenas.

Established in 1991, the team participated in all-Japan F3 and all-Japan touring car championships starting in 1993. The team joined the all-Japan Formula Nippon championship series in 1999. The lead sponsor is NTT DoCoMo, Inc., who conducts the F-PROJECT, consisting of FOMA telecommunications testing under high-speed mobility. The team became the series champion in 2004, and has set a number of records.
